NeighborWorks® Boise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development organization that has, for 40 years, helped to revitalize neighborhoods and improve lives throughout the region by addressing the housing needs in our community.

Property People gives 10% of all revenue to LEAP Housing Solutions. We are proud to partner with LEAP to provide access to affordable housing solutions for some of the most vulnerable folks in the Treasure Valley.

How We partner with neighborworks boise

NeighborWorks® Boise owns a number of affordable rental properties around the valley. We help keep those up and running. Davis Park, Northwest Pointe, and Gateway Crossing are just a few examples.

As vacancy rates for multi-family rentals dwindled to 0.69% in the Boise area in 2020, low-income families were in need of affordable housing more than ever. NeighborWorks® Boise provides low-income housing for those making at or below 80%, 60%, 50% or 30% AMI, filling the growing demand caused by a booming housing market.

At Property People, we want to help people find safe, affordable housing quickly. Our partnership with NeighborWorks® Boise helps us do that.
