Licensed realtor and proud co-founder of Property People, Chad has made a career out of helping people find their perfect homes or sell their properties for the perfect price. Chad’s real estate knowledge spans the gamut from single family and multi-family property management to new construction and commercial real estate.
Bart Cochran
REALTOR® & CO FOUNDER
Bart is a licensed realtor with Silvercreek Realty Group, he is also a co-founder of Property People and the founder of the non-profit Leap Charities, Inc, a non-profit aimed at creating affordable housing solutions for the Treasure Valley.
As the co-founder of a previous commercial finance brokerage firm, Mr. Cochran’s real estate experience includes the financing, acquisition, placement, processing and closing of commercial financing transactions.

Nate was welcomed into Idaho’s Circle of Excellence in 2019, an award reserved for the top 5% of real estate agents in Idaho’s largest real estate brokerage.
After joining Property People and having an opportunity to work alongside the talented professionals at LEAP, Nate helped design and launch the Yes You Can Homeownership program, which leverages partnerships in the community to help those who have barriers to homeownership get from dream to doorstep.

PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Ashley manages all of our market rate rentals. She works closely with both owners and tenants to ensure a seamless relationship.
She is known for her warm smile and bubbly attitude. Ashley makes it a priority to establish trust and a connection with all clients and partners.
Sovan San MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Sovan is in charge of making sure the maintenance team keeps all of our rentals in tip-top shape.
His background is in construction, so he can handle just about anything. Plumbing, drywall, carpentry, Sovan does it all.
